Screening and verification of staff
The screening and verification of our support workers is all overseen by a leadership team deeply experienced in clinical expertise. We also meet our support workers face-to-face which allows us to rigorously evaluate them and make an informed decision about their suitability.

It helps to ensure that only qualified and trustworthy individuals are employed in support worker roles, and that they have the necessary training and qualifications to provide high-quality care.
Approved provider for aged care
Alliance Community is an approved Aged Care Provider in NSW for Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), as listed on the
My Aged Care website. We also provide services to clients via private arrangements.
