Daily living, personal care + high intensity support
Each client will have different needs, but your typical day could include companionship, assistance with daily living, personal care assistance and transportation/community engagement.
We also have clients who require high intensity support, either in their own homes or in a community health setting, with full training provided by our in-house clinical team. This could include complex bowel care, enteral feeding and tracheostomy care. We also work with participants who have more complex needs, including psychosocial disabilities. *Please note you will need the required training to provide this level of support.

Many will also rely on you to help them get to appointments and community activities in your car.
You could also have the responsibility for monitoring a client’s progress, reporting any concerns or changes and documenting accurate and relevant information in their file.
