Full Terms & Conditions – Eastern Suburbs Referral Bonus
To be eligible for the Alliance Community Eastern Suburbs Referral Bonus, the following terms and conditions apply.
- All referrer’s and candidates must meet Alliance Community Support Star requirements as outlined by Alliance Community.
- As the referrer, to receive the Alliance Community Eastern Suburbs Referral Bonus you must already be an active employee of Alliance Community.
- This offer is only valid to Alliance Community Surry Hills. Other Alliance Community branches are not participants in this Referral Bonus.
- A $50 salary bonus will be rewarded to both the referrer and candidate after completion of the candidate’s first 10 hours with Alliance Community client/s located in the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney NSW. The hours must be completed by 30/09/2019.
- A $150 salary bonus will be rewarded to both the referrer and candidate after the referred candidate has completed 50 hours in four consecutive weeks with Alliance Community client/s located in the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney NSW. The hours must be completed by 30/09/2019.
- There is no limit on the number of referrals that can be made by each Alliance Community Support Star.
- This referral bonus only includes hours completed with Alliance Community clients located in the following Eastern Suburbs, Sydney NSW postcodes: 2015, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032, 2033, 2034, 2035, 2036, 2205.
- Offer ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2019.
- Offer includes all candidates who successfully register with Alliance Community before the offer end date. Candidates can fulfil their required hours after the offer end date if they have successfully registered with Alliance Community prior to 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2019.
