Letika started with Alliance Community as a Service Coordinator earlier this year. Letika is the lead scheduler for the Mackay, Whitsunday and Bowen regions. She also looks after all recruitment on boarding for our community support workers.

Letika values forming relationships built on trust with all clients and enjoys getting to do this daily, by providing a strong team of support workers for them.

“Being lead scheduler and having a reputation of making sure clients receive the best support possible by such a strong team of professional carers is my favourite thing about working for Alliance Community.

“All our support workers and clients come from different walks of life, which means my days are never the same.”

What advice would Letika give to anyone interested in becoming a support worker?

“Understand what a difference you actually make in the life of Alliance Community clients. The impact you can make can change their lives for the better.”
