Services are delivered across 7 days per week:
- Morning Shift 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- Night Shift 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Your Responsibilities
As a Disability Support Worker, you may assist clients with:
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Household and domestic support
- Community participation and social engagement
- Transportation to appointments and activities
- Emotional support and companionship
- Respite support for families and carers
- Promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to speak Vietnamese and English
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Minimum 6 months' experience in disability support or a similar role
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between client locations
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Experience supporting people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of person-centred and strengths-based support practices
