Vicki decided to become a support worker because she wanted to make a meaningful contribution to her community. This role has given Vicki the opportunity to connect with wonderful individuals, like Wendy, which has been incredibly fulfilling.

The job itself is deeply rewarding, as Vicki finds great joy in bringing happiness and assistance to those in need.
