NDIS Support

Are you a NDIS participant who needs support?

We can help!

As registered disability support providers with branches across the country our team can help as much, or as little as you need.

Whether that’s chores around the house, connecting with friends or getting you out and about in your local community - we can provide the support to help achieve your goals and live the life you want to live.

We also realise that everyone has individual needs and wants to be supported differently. That’s why we co-design your support to make sure you to get the best outcome from your support worker. This includes carefully matching your support worker to your needs.

Registered NDIS provider

We are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider.

This means we have been approved by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to deliver support to plan-managed participants. As registered providers we must also meet the NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Code of Conduct. These promote specific quality standards, safe and ethical service delivery, and the conduct of NDIS providers and workers.

Support worker screening

Each support worker undergoes a rigorous screening process to ensure that they meet our high standards.
This vetting includes:

  • Identity verification

  • National Criminal History Record Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) (where applicable)

  • State-specific checks or screenings

We also use unique tools to help us match their values and interests to yours because we know how challenging it can be to find the right person to help you out.

Need support? It's as easy as calling us on 1300 769 155 to speak to your local team.
