What you’ll do:
- Assist clients to live their lives as independently as possible.
- Provide compassionate support to clients with complex and high-care disability needs.
- Work as part of a wider team supporting our clients to reach their goals.
- Attend meetings and client specific training sessions as required.
- Record client progress notes in mobile app.
What we’re looking for:
- Passionate individuals who embody our values: inclusive, collaborative, caring, courageous.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of our community.
- Reliable availability for regular shifts to support continuity of care for clients on an ongoing roster.
- Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license.
- Must have a current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and other relevant checks.
- Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care.
